At HD training I offer private and semi-private training sessions in a safe and open environment for all body types, ages and fitness levels.
The private studio allows my clients to enjoy a continuous flow to every workout with no wait on equipment and without the worry of distractions or onlookers.
The modern facility is furnished with equipment ranging from squat racks and free weights to TRX and resistance bands to provide a total workout with a free range of movement.
As an experienced personal trainer I have specialized knowledge to meet each client at exactly where they are in terms of their personal health and fitness. Utilizing different methods and incorporating various types of movements is key to unlocking the growth in each individual.
This dynamic approach combined with assessments and programming moves each client closer to their short-term and long-term fitness goals.
I offer individual, pair, and small-group personal training sessions. Group sessions are limited to 5 people.
